I went to Crestwood ER 10 days ago and was taken back within 10 minutes. For the next 6+ hours I had excellent care...EKG, blood labs,chest X-ray, CT scan, a full MRI of head and carotid arteries all to rule out cause of visual disturbance which lasted 15 seconds and COULD have been warning of TIA. I was assured that all tests were negative and went home relaxed and pleased at the care I was given. Contrast this with losing my first husband from a hospital born infection (serratia) and staff who would not listen to me in regards to classic symptoms of sepsis......elevated temperature, flushed face, glassy eyes, stupor and breathing irregularities. Once I got their attention after asking for over 7 hours, he was rushed into ICU and died there 17 days later. That happened at Huntsville Hospital. I am terrified of having to go to Huntsville Hospital 22 years later. Thankful for Crestwood.

I had to go to the Huntsville Hospital ER back when I first moved to Huntsville. Severe cramping and chest/abdominal pain. I sat in the waiting room for hours before I was seen. Doctors brushed it off as food poisoning. I went back 6 months later, same problem and symptoms, same results from doctors. No testing of any kind, just diagnosed and released. This happened twice more, at nearly 6 month intervals. The last time I went, I had to come via ambulance because the pain was so bad I couldn't drive. This time they checked me into the ER, then put me in a wheelchair, and wheeled me out to the waiting room. 8+ hours I spent in the waiting room. Once back in a room, the doctor diagnosed me with food poisoning again. 6 months later, I had another episode. This time I searched for another ER and found Crestwood. I was checked in and seen in less than 1 hour. The doctor said he thought i was having a gallbladder attack. He ordered the full gambit, x-ray, CAT, then MRI, then nuclear medicine. Gallbladder had all but completely quit. Only 2% working. Do not go to Huntsville Hospital ER! I wouldn't go there if my life depended on it. I ended up having my gallbladder removed at Crestwood. Very professional staff. They took great care of me. I have also been in their ICU for several days. If not for the wonderful staff there, I would probably not be here today. I will always use Crestwood.

Had a great visit there when I had my son they have a amazing staff and are patient with you and they do anything for you and it was just amazing I will be coming back and I will refer a family member 💯💙👶🏽

My gyn is in this building and I took my husband to their ER the other night. ER staff was great! All so friendly and I felt like they really cared.

Excellent service! Disregard the bad reviews, this place is very professional! I’m new to the area and there were a few places I could have went, but I am glad I went here. They were very nice too and considerate. I would definitely recommend!

I really appreciated their outpatient services. The staff are fantastic in every department I encountered during a visit for surgery. The doctors were thorough and knowledgeable, while the nurses were very caring. The facility overall was well maintained and welcoming.

I've had 2 knee replacements, several out patients procedures done, a gall bladder removal, and a bursa cup removal, along with dealing with several cases of pneumonia all at Crestwood Hospital. I've been in the ER department several times and each time I was treated with respect, urgency, and professionalism. When I was admitted to the hospital for my surgeries, the nurses were outstanding and my doctors were out of this world when it came to answering questions and giving me post op instructions. This is my go to hospital every time. No second thoughts.

I had surgery on 12/28/17 the staff on the surgical floor was awesome, and the doctor was great as well.

Crestview's staff is SUPERB and will go above and beyond! These group of ladies are nothing short of angels from above. I witnessed heaven on earth at this facility.

I am a fan of Crestwood Hospital, their staff, the quality of their services etc. I was equally impressed with a member of their security dept. I had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman named Todd who jump started my vehicle. Todd was very helpful, professional & his personality was unmatched. He is an asset to your hospital.
