I am still very excited to report that I am doing very well because of Metro Treatment Center. My recovery is their number one priority. This clinic is state of the art. Dr. Atchley is the most professional and understanding doctor as well as an advocate that is always on our side. The Director, Terry Mitchell has dedicated his career in helping us and is making huge strides in getting our community to understand that we are important too. There is another clinic just down the road but they show no compassion towards their patients and the staff just seems to only want to get out of there on time. If you are serious about treatment then please call or come to Huntsville Metro Treatment Center. Your life could depend on it....

This is a great place to get help, the counselor are really good and the prices are reasonable.

This is a really good methadone clinic. The staff is helpful and easy to get along with. It's helped me to get my life under control again. Highly recommended.

This treatment center has provided me with the tools that were needed so I could stop using, while remaining comfortable, functional and free from withdrawal symptoms. I've been in the outpatient treatment program for a little over 90 days, and during this time, treatment has allowed me to re-learn healthy living habits and managing my emotions without turning to prescription narcotics. For anyone who is serious about changing their life, this is the place to go. It is very discreet and the staff members are all professional, friendly and you get a sense of compassion, while never having to experience any feelings of judgment in any way, shape or form. Real life struggles that we often experience as triggers for using were a major part of my addiction and Huntsville Metro has group therapy sessions that cover various, real-life issues and these sessions are helpful with educating people on how to deal with these issues by teaching patients about healthy coping techniques that actually makes sense. Once you start treatment here, you'll wonder why you were procrastinating so long. It's affordable (Much more affordable than what you're doing now), it's safer, legal, and most of all, it's on the road to recovery.

I am excited to report that I am still doing well at HMTC. This clinic saved my life. from intake to phasing. Everyone here is dedicated to recovery and getting us back to life. They offer counseling every day. Things like getting back in to school, career classes, money management, and of course things like grief and trauma....This clinic just keeps upping their standards. The counselors, Dr. Atchley, Barb, Jeremy, and the nurses Lyndsey and Tina. The others that help us. They all go above and beyond....I'm so blessed to have been led here. I thank God every single day......If you are struggling, please, help is one step away......

I was at a very low place in my life at the time and had no idea who or what to go to for help. I was given the tools and the knowledge of how to regain control over my life down here. I know that the public has a bad image of this place, but I can honestly say that I'm not for sure that I'd still be here on this earth without the help I received from here. It's way more than just getting your daily dose of med's. The counselors here help 2 to 1 over the medicine. At first I thought just how noisy can someone be, but I've learned that I'm really proud to have them in my corner. I really hope and pray that if anyone ever ends up in the same situation as I was, that they already know that they are treated with respect and truly welcome here. I believe that this place and others like it have probably saved as many lives as the mandatory seat belt laws have. If only they could get 1/3 of the good publications as the others. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE WHO COULD BE SAVED THE HEARTACHE AND HARDSHIP?

The best place to go to if you are looking for help!!!! It has a family feel to it

From the Clinics Top Man, Mr. M., from Dr.A., and the counselors, nurses, and everyone, in every facet of this Center are the ones who came together and cared enough to come up with the best possible treatment plan to help me succeed. My counselor Barbara, is the most proffesional and caring, one who actually listens and recommends activities and real life solutions that fit into my life realistically. Her advice has been life altering and am always looking forward to the challenges that she chooses for me. The whole clinic believes in me and that makes all the difference in the world... I would recommend anything possible to get this message to those who are out there who believe there is nothing else, or no hope, because a year and a half ago, that was me.I have been to rehabs, treatment centers and everything in between. This was THE answer for me. Please, if you have gotten to where I was or just trying to get it right, please, please take it from me and many others. There is an answer. Don't waste a second. It could be the answer for you like it was for me and many others. Please ask me any question you want if you want...and thank you for reading....

I love the counselors here they all want you to succeed.. I love the dose nurses here, everyone here are just awesome ppl...I'm so thankful for these wonderful ppl & for this place.. I'm on the road of being sober, so far I've been sober for 5mths. Thank y'all for the support..

This place is the place to go if you need help with addiction and Recovery. The staff here all the way from the director who is sent from God to the doctor who is awesome and also Godly the nurses the counselors and everyone else makes it the way that it is. They offer the best counseling classes you can get and they are there to help their dedication is amazing and if it was not for these people I would not be alive. The director Terry is one of the best men I have ever met and all of the staff and counselors there including the doctor or right under him so I highly recommend this place if you are struggling and need help. They are professional, courteous, and non-judgemental. Don't give up please go here when you need help there is help and it's here. Ask for Terry, Sandra, and Dr Atchley. These are the people that will help you get back on the road to recovery and help you get your life back. ❤

This is my favorite treatment center, the best doctor,Dr. Atchley. ..... Cecil, Bridgette, Sandra, Terry, ALL KIK ASS EMPLOYEES! TRULY LOVED MY COUNSELOR JESSICA NALL---- I've never had a counselor like her, and never will again, I have went down hill so much since leaving this program, and my counselor who TRULY CARED to guide me and help anytime. I would give anything to be back at this clinic! Ty HMTC FOR GIVING ME SOMETHING NO OTHER CLINIC HAS OR WILL EVER HAVE IMO. Hopefully, I will see you all again someday! ××, Jessica Beach Dyke

I have never had anything work for me the way the methadone works. The staff here is concerned and very supportive of your treatment, just an all around nice place.
